Evil compatibility for js2-mode. No key bindings.

Adds a hook to js2-mode-hook and js2-jsx-mode-hook that sets the buffer-local evil-shift-width to match js-indent-level, so >> and << indent by the same amount js2-mode does.

New commands

• evil-collection-js2-set-evil-shift-width - Sync evil-shift-width with js-indent-level in the current buffer.
