eval-sexp-fu
Evil compatibility for eval-sexp-fu. No key bindings.
When evil-move-beyond-eol is nil, the setup advises
ad-Advice-eval-last-sexp so that eval-last-sexp treats the sexp under
point as ending at point (rather than one character earlier as evil's
normal-state cursor positioning would imply). This makes C-x C-e and
related commands work the way they do in evil's insert/emacs states.
