comint
Evil bindings for comint-mode, the base mode for many Emacs shells and REPLs (shell, inferior-lisp, sql, python, etc.). Bindings here propagate to every derived mode that does not override them.

RET sends input in the state named by evil-collection-repl-submit-state
and inserts a newline in the complementary state (both RET and C-m /
[return] are wired).
