calc
Evil bindings for calc.
Standard motion / quit bindings come from evil-collection-set-readonly-bindings
and are not repeated below. Calc's calc-ext prefix maps (V, Y, Z, a,
b, c, f, g, m, r, s, t, v) are kept on their original keys;
prefixes that conflict with evil motions are relocated.
