untrack generated emacs state and add buffer tabs
...
- stop tracking elpa, eln-cache, auto-save-list, transient and other
generated files; extend .gitignore for emacs and opencode
- add LazyVim-style numbered buffer tabs (M-1..M-9)
- show today's agenda via initial-buffer-choice instead of timers
- source GEPETO_API_KEY from an untracked secrets file
