Insert state corresponds to term-char-mode, normal state to term-line-mode.
When evil-collection-term-sync-state-and-mode-p is non-nil the mode and
state switch in lockstep.

Integrations
multi-term: M-DEL sends term-send-backward-kill-word in both
normal state on term-mode-map and insert state on term-raw-map.
